Her background as a former attorney gave us huge peace of mind—she caught contract details we never would have noticed and made closing day completely stress-free. She took the time to really understand what we wanted in a home and neighborhood, sharing insider knowledge about different towns and communities that we couldn't find anywhere online. Unlike other agents we met, Kelcey never pressured us and was always available to answer our endless questions, even late at night. She helped us win our dream home in a competitive market, and honestly made the whole experience fun instead of overwhelming.

Kerry informed them of the amenities of the area and identified several properties that met their needs. The property they chose was a great fit, and Kerry was helpful in educating them on the market and pricing. When they lost the home to a cash offer, Kerry identified other properties that could also meet their needs. My daughter and her husband were considering making an offer on another property when the original property came back on the market. Kerry quickly alerted my daughter and helped her and her husband negotiate a good price for the property. As the transaction moved to closing, Kerry assisted them seamlessly through the process. Let me count the ways! Let's get the table stakes out of the way first - always on time, listened well, easy to get on phone/txt/email, not pushy, willing to drive always and anytime for showings, and a well-spoken genuinely nice person. How she goes over and above? Buckle up. The seller agents like her alot which helps you trust me. She teams with her pro husband John to make sure emails and web-search stuff works perfectly - two for one sale if you ask me. Third she is adept at not taking sides when spouses have different opinions - she supports both then lets you work it out and inform her of outcome. And 4th but most important she is non-judgmental of you. My wife and I started looking, stopped, pivoted, lept forward, drove backward, stalled, and raced to finish - all in six months. Not once was Kerry anything but supportive and understanding no matter what direction we were heading. That's spectacular service !!!!!!! We all know there is some element of luck in finding the perfect house. Well we for sure lucked out in finding the perfect realtor. Kerry is it!

She assisted me with purchasing a home in NH when I still lived in GA. She would FaceTime me with walk throughs and did a wonderful job with giving me a lot of detail as if I was right there with her.
